• We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

Next Day, Second Day and Third Day guarantee shipping costs will be refunded only if the shipper or the carrier is at fault for the delay. Shipping costs will not be refunded when the delay is due to weather or an address exception (incorrect or undeliverable addresses).

*Please note that orders which were not delivered due to incorrect addresses, receiver refused delivery or in any case that the receiver did not provide the carrier access to their address which prevented the carrier to deliver the order, the shipping cost of the order will be applied to the refund.
