Both Members and guests get Fast Free Shipping on all our items. We also make every effort to ship the same day all Standard and Expedited Orders placed before 3pm EST.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.
Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free, however, shipping times are not guaranteed and are limited to USPS First Class and Priority.
Order to PO Boxes/Rural Addresses will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority.
We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

SHIPPING REFUNDS

Next Day, Second Day and Third Day guarantee shipping costs will be refunded only if the shipper or the carrier is at fault for the delay. Shipping costs will not be refunded when the delay is due to weather or an address exception (incorrect or undeliverable addresses).

*Please note that orders which were not delivered due to incorrect addresses, receiver refused delivery or in any case that the receiver did not provide the carrier access to their address which prevented the carrier to deliver the order, the shipping cost of the order will be applied to the refund.
